The Design Process
Inspiration can come from anywhere - designer magazines that you have saved, a favorite fabric, tile samples that have caught your eye or various pieces from your own collection from over the years. You may want to recreate a feeling experienced in a kitchen that you visited or create a unique space that will incite new endeavors. It can be so many abstract things that compel you to design an incorporating space that is a part of who you are and that you will love for a long time to come.
Now that you have the inspiration, it is time to turn all the little pieces into your dream.
This is where we come in…
- We love meeting with our clients at the project site to see their inspirations and to hear about the vision. Seeing the space, taking measurements, and asking questions help to get a clear understanding of the scope of the project.
- After our initial meeting, concept drawings are created. These renderings provide various options and perspectives available to help choose your final design.
- Once the layout has been finalized, we will guide you along the process of fine-tuning and choosing all of the particulars ~ cabinet materials, appliances, countertops, lighting and hardware.
